A highly reliable pizza, wrap, salad or sandwich prep station, the Polar U-Series three door prep fridge combines dependable, easy-access refrigeration alongside a sturdy food preparation surface, so you’ll always have your most-accessed ingredients close to hand.

The fridge itself offers premium performance cooling and is able to operate in the most demanding kitchen conditions. Even when ambient temperatures reach up to 43°C, the Polar provides effective cooling to help keep ingredients fresh whilst minimising food waste.

When service is over, the stainless steel construction and commercial design ensure the counter is exceptionally easy to clean and maintain. The stay-cool granite worktop is incredibly strong and provides the ideal surface for rolling dough or prepping fresh foods. Inside, the fridge provides impressive capacity, allowing up to seven bakery trays per section. As it’s specifically designed to use standard bakery sheets, the counter is not supplied with shelves as standard.
