Callebaut’s Recipe No. 811 not only tastes great but is a dream to temper resulting in silky-smooth chocolate with a beautiful shine. Made from Callebaut’s signature Wieze blend, it contains cocoa beans from three different countries of origin – Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador. It pairs perfectly with a wide variety of ingredients and works in all applications ranging from confectionery to biscuits, sauces and drinks.
Ingredients – cocoa mass 43.0%; sugar 43.0%; cocoa butter 13.0%; emulsifier: SOYA lecithin less than 1%; natural vanilla flavouring less than 1%. Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 551 Kcal/Kj. Fat: 36.6g, of which saturates: 21.9g, Carbohydrates: 45.8g, of which sugars: 43.1g, Fibre: 8.1g, Protein: 5.1g, Salt: 0.01g.
