Delivery Questions
When we will be delivery arrive?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are processed the same day for dispatch the following working day.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Most items are currently on a 1-2 day delivery due to the courier issues in the UK. We do however have some items available on next day if they are in stock, these being some of our large catering equipment. Please check with us first before ordering.
Where is my delivery?
Unfortunately at present we cannot offer automatic tracking. However, if you call us 0151 830 0043 we would be happy to track your order and send you a tracking link.
Delivery areas and charges

Do you offer FREE delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over £200+vat.
Aftersales
My order is wrong
If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return this to us within 30 days. You must notify us within 10 days of receving your items and all items must still be in the original packaging upopened and ready for resale. If you have opened the item or the packaging is removed unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund the item.
My item was damaged on delivery?
It is important that you notify us if any part of your order is damaged within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund your order for damaged items after this time frame due to insurance from our couriers.
My item is damaged after the 24 hour notice period
You can still receive a replacement you will need to complete the returns form on our terms page and the item will be collected and replace with a like for like. This however is not always possible with the likes of large items or catering equipment and we would therefore arrange for the manufacturer to visit you premises to inspect the item and advise us on the next step. It is also important to read the terms and conditions of the warranty with the selected manufacturer.
How do we arrange a return, or notify of delivery damage?

How do returns work?
Once have your returns form we will arrange for and RMA number to be sent to you with instructions of where to send the item. Once the item has been received it is inspected and a credit or exchange is authorised.
