Designed for performance and efficiency, the BCB900 Bonnet natural gas chargrill is an excellent cooking solution for high demand kitchens. With six powerful burners across the generous 814x520mm cooking area, there’s plenty of space for cooking steaks, skewers and vegetables. The clever design of the burners and grates ensures more heat is channelled into the food – meaning less heat in the kitchen and faster cooking. Once service is over the unit is easy to empty and clean, thanks to strong stainless steel construction and the removable drip tray.
