Crafted from natural cordierite and sintered at 2100°F to resist thermal shock, the stone is flameproof to over 300°C and offers exceptional heat retention for consistent results service after service. A micro-porous structure draws excess moisture from dough to prevent soggy bases, whilst its innovative design ensures its completely odourless during cooking – safeguarding clean, authentic flavours.

Perfect for caterers, pubs, street-food traders and outdoor kitchens, the Eddingtons pizza stone includes a chrome serving rack, making it easy to lift from grill to pass and present straight to the table. At 330mm, the cordierite pizza stone is ideal for personal pizzas, flatbreads and calzones, boosting output without compromising quality.
