<p>The Hoshizaki Premier KPS-42-SG blast chiller delivers rapid, HACCP-compliant chilling and freezing for up to 50kg/25kg of food, protecting texture, taste and shelf life during even the busiest service. A spacious interior accepts 10 full-size 1/1 GN or 600&#215;400 mm bakery trays, whilst the robust stainless steel build stands up to daily commercial use and wipes clean in seconds. Climate Class 5 refrigeration keeps performance consistent in kitchens up to 40°C, giving chefs total confidence throughout service peaks.</p>
<p>Operation is guided by an intuitive 7&#8243; touch screen featuring the IFR control system, pre-set favourites and memory for bespoke cycles. A single-point probe tracks core temperature precisely, backed by a HACCP alarm for effortless due-diligence records. Extra modes for thawing, proving and retarder-proving add real versatility, streamlining pastry and bakery production without extra equipment. Adjustable legs help the Hoshizaki Premier KPS-42-SG slot neatly into existing cooklines, providing a compact, high-capacity solution that saves time, reduces food waste and boosts workflow efficiency.</p>
