Capable of chilling up to 72kg or freezing 40kg in a single cycle, the unit accepts ten double-size 2/1GN or 600&#215;400 mm trays &#8211; ideal for batch cooking, banqueting and high-volume mise-en-place. Full HACCP compliance, a single-point core temperature probe and an automatic alarm safeguard every load, allowing you to meet strict regulations with total confidence.</p>
<p>Operation is effortless. A 7&#8243; colour touchscreen with IFR control offers pre-set favourites plus programmable cycles for bespoke menus &#8211; dedicated thawing, proving and retarder-prove modes add genuine versatility.
