Built for heavy duty use, the CC-34 is designed for care homes with up to 80 residents, with up to 10 who need texture modified meals. With its half-moon feed cylinder and stainless steel bowl, the Hallde can process up to 2kg per minute, or 10-80 portions per day with a duty cycle of up to 360kg per day. The large 3 litre bowl allows you to process up to 1.4 litres of ingredients per batch, and thanks to the four speed modes, you can easily achieve the processing required.
